Helping people through difficult times has always been important to Kevin Holtz. Before joining American Income Life Insurance Company (AIL) in 2007, Kevin attended the Parma School of Nursing’s two-year program in Brecksville, Ohio, earning his degree as a Licensed Practical Nurse. But when Kevin realized AIL offered him the ability to help people while earning a great living, he was ready to shift gears.

“Some of my greatest accomplishments with American Income Life,” says Kevin, “are training the #1 Supervising Agent in the Company in 2012, helping others to achieve their goals, and the pride I feel as a General Agent walking across the stage at Convention.”

What would Kevin change if he could restart his AIL career? “I would focus more on leadership early on,” says Kevin. “The leadership is in place to train you on everything you need to be successful in this career,” he emphasizes. “Because we are able to take care of policyholders’ loved ones long after their death, I believe we offer an opportunity for someone to not only generate a great income, but to feel wonderful about what they do and the community they serve on a daily basis,” he adds.

Married with two children, Kevin likes to travel with his family, enjoys the outdoors, reading, and maintaining his personal fitness. He also is involved in “any kind of work helping underprivileged youth. It always has been close to my heart.”

His Agency also is active in the community. “We collect canned good for local food drives,” he says, “and donate to local charitable organizations to help with food, clothing, and gifts during the holiday season.”

Does Kevin have advice for others considering an AIL career? “Believe in yourself enough to take the leap of faith and get started with our great Company.”
